Roasted carrot & parsnip soup with a fresh bread roll (v)
Hand-made gnocchi grilled golden and topped with cheese and breadcrumbs
Crayfish & clam chowder – a creamy Boston style sauce – with crispy, garlic croutons
Chicken & duck liver parfait with Melba toast and red onion marmalade

Turkey and Trimmings! Roast turkey with a chestnut and cranberry stuffing served with roasted Maris Piper potatoes, chipolata sausages wrapped in streaky bacon, honey-glazed carrots and parsnips, Brussels sprouts and a turkey jus
Denham Estate winter game stew served with creamy wholegrain mustard mash
Pan-fried sea bream fillet served with crushed new potatoes and finished with a clam sauce
Wild mushroom, spinach & mixed bean Wellington served with roasted Maris Piper potatoes and a leek sauce (v)
8oz rib-eye steak* with a peppercorn sauce served with skin-on chips, roasted flat mushroom, vine tomatoes and salad

Traditional Christmas pudding with home-made brandy crème anglaise and Christmas pudding ice cream

Christmas Party bookings must be secured with card details confirming a £10 deposit per head.
Pre-orders must be returned two weeks prior to your booking.
