Smoked kipper and Scottish whisky pâté served with Melba toast and microcress
Roasted figs and Stilton cheese on a garlic and rosemary croute (v)
Home-made ham hock terrine with piccalilli and a bread roll
Grilled goats’ cheese and red onion marmalade croute with a pea shoot and beetroot salad (v)

Turkey and Trimmings!
Roast turkey with a chestnut and cranberry stuffing served with roasted Maris Piper potatoes, chipolata sausages wrapped in streaky bacon, honey-glazed carrots and parsnips, Brussels sprouts and a turkey jus
Denham Estate game stew served with wholegrain mustard mash
Stuffed munchkin pumpkin with spinach and halloumi cheese served with beetroot mash and a roasted red pepper coulis (v)
Braised shoulder of lamb rolled with apricot and chestnut served with roasted Maris Piper potatoes and a madeira jus
Beetroot-stained fillet of salmon served with horseradish mash and watercress sauce
8oz rib-eye steak* with a peppercorn sauce served with skin-on chips, roasted flat mushroom, vine tomatoes and salad
