STARTERS

Roasted root vegetable soup with a crusty bread roll (v)
Avocado & crab tian served with granary bread fingers
Crispy shredded duck on apricot couscous, spring onion & cucumber salad, finished with hoisin
Grilled goats’ cheese and red onion marmalade on a croûte with a pea shoot and beetroot salad (v)

 

MAIN COURSES                                     

SIDES OF WINTER VEGETABLES WILL BE SERVED FOR YOUR TABLE

Turkey and Trimmings!  Roast turkey with a chestnut and cranberry stuffing served with roasted Maris Piper potatoes, chipolata sausages wrapped in streaky bacon, honey-glazed carrots and parsnips, Brussels sprouts and a turkey jus
Denham Estate winter game stew served with creamy wholegrain mustard mash
Puff pastry salmon en croûte with a lemon & dill sauce and new potatoes
Roasted winter-spiced butternut squash stuffed with honey & saffron risotto (v)
8oz rib-eye steak* with a peppercorn sauce served with skin-on chips, roasted flat mushroom, vine tomatoes and salad

Traditional Christmas pudding with home-made brandy crème anglaise and Christmas pudding ice cream
Dark chocolate and hazelnut brownie with chocolate sauce and chocolate & orange ice cream
Irish whiskey, cream and chocolate cheesecake
Sticky toffee pudding with warm toffee sauce and salted-caramel ice cream
